Help for setup, billing, and account issues
Support requests are handled by email. Include the email tied to your ClearHead account and a short description of the issue so the team can verify and respond faster.
Before You Contact Support
Most issues can be resolved quickly by checking the following:
- Make sure you are running the latest version of ClearHead from the App Store.
- Confirm you are signed in with the same account you used when subscribing or restoring purchases.
- For weather and migraine risk forecasts, enable location access for ClearHead in iPhone Settings.
- If your data is not syncing, check your internet connection and try signing out and back in.
- For subscription issues, confirm you are signed into the correct Apple ID.
System Requirements
- iPhone running iOS 16.4 or later.
- Location permissions required for barometric pressure and weather risk features.
- Internet connection required for account sync, forecasts, and subscription validation.
Subscription Management
ClearHead subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your plan:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select ClearHead to manage or cancel your plan.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their Report a Problem page or the App Store. ClearHead does not process billing or refunds.
